Howard Wolpert is a Senior Physician in the Joslin Clinic Section on Adult Diabetes and the Director of the Insulin Pump Program at Joslin.
He has long been involved in the clinical aspects of insulin therapy and is editor of Smart Pumping, published by the American Diabetes Association, and Managing Diabetes with an Insulin Pump: Indications and Interventions, published by Joslin Diabetes Center. Hillary Keenan, with the Joslin Diabetes Center discusses the “Beta Cell Awakening Study.” Dr.
Hillary Keenan is the Principal Investigator on a number of different research projects at Joslin Diabetes Center, focusing primarily on vascular complications and residual production of insulin in those with type 1 diabetes.
